Who we are
Vision FH 2.0 is a non-partisan group of volunteers who serve the Fountain Hills Community to help collect thoughts and ideas on local topics and deliver vital information that can be used to help all of us recognize and accomplish our Town's vision.
The VisionFH 2.0 Committee is entirely composed of community volunteers: Tammy Bell and Jerry Butler, co-chairs, together with Peter Bordow, John Craft, Jack Franz and Tom Lindsey.
Currently, the VisionFH Committee is quietly monitoring the development of the Town’s 2020 General Plan update, a requirement mandated by State Statutes for all Arizona communities every 10 years. As soon as the General Plan is finalized, a connection will be added to this website and your reactions will be sought.
Until then, your thoughts and ideas can be expressed by contacting us in the form at the bottom of this page. Your name and email address will be kept confidential.
Progress of VisionFH
The original mission of VisionFH in 2015 was to establish, promote, and engage residents in topics of local interest in order to provide the framework for Fountain Hills next Strategic Plan. During the process, nearly 2000 residents participated in a community survey and workshop with the results being presented to the Mayor and Town Council in 2016. As a result of the extensive community input, the Town created and adopted its 2017 Strategic Plan. Specific details can be found in the following connections.
